We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method or exchange. Items must be undamaged and in their original condition.

To start a return, email us at info@alexandraessex.com with your order number and we'll take it from there.

Please note: Custom and personalized pieces are final sale, as they've been made specifically for you.

Repair return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
